At Craft World, there are traditions that are right to celebrate, to relive. Every year, as Christmas approaches, our world seems to pause for a moment, as if holding its breath, reminding us of the preciousness of the people and events that have left shining traces on our journey.
And we, proud custodians of this legacy, continue to pass it on, welcoming those who come from other worlds and sharing our joy, our spirit, our story with everyone. Then comes that special moment, that moment when even those who think they’ve lost the magic feel a sudden thrill reawaken, a call to childhood that warms the heart.
It’s time for the Christmas Spirit Market: a place where every stall tells a story, the story of those who wanted to express themselves and their projects without forgetting to add magic, and I could even list the names of the countless people who have passed through over all these years (16 in January to be exact), but I would risk forgetting the many who came before my arrival, whom I have not had the pleasure of meeting and I would be remiss in not mentioning them, but I can assure you that they are truly many and all deserve memory and recognition for having given us their being with the spirit of sharing of Craft World and for having left footprints like gems in the snow, frozen and never disappeared.
Here, you can truly feel like a child again.
You’ll be enchanted by the lights, you’ll skate and laugh as if time had never passed, you’ll fly down the majestic panoramic slide, rolling down it on sleds while shouting with joy, and why not… you can even indulge in a race and fun snowball fights (at one of the stalls upon arrival, you’ll find skates and other fun gifts), you can wander through the long corridors and rummage around to discover truly fun gifts at every stall, and don’t forget Santa Claus’s carousel, of course.
So… are you ready? Can’t you hear the bells in the distance already ringing: “Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way…”
