Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you The Mad Tea Party—a recurring gathering born from the desire to connect, explore places, and above all, meet people…
But why “mad”?
Mad in the best sense—playful, ironic. Adults who choose to inhabit a virtual world, to feel emotions, forge friendships, and live experiences within it. And we all know: for those who don’t live it, this world might seem strange. But us? We know how real it is, in its own way. Mad, perhaps. But happy. And eager to be together.
So, how does this curious tea work?
Every week, a sim owner gets to work: setting up the environment, creating a poster, choosing the date and time, and opening the doors to their little tea room. Each meeting is unique—new guests, new topics, new laughter.
And we talk about everything: from avatar inventory mishaps to real-world fruit prices, all the way to the eternal question: “Where are we headed, really?”
There are no limits. Just one rule: respect and kindness. Think of it as an invitation to step out of your little garden.
Maybe we are a bit mad, wanting to truly get to know those around us, even virtually. But it’s a beautiful kind of madness, one that brings people together, sparks friendships, collaborations, and discovery. Because let’s be honest: we often stay confined to the same familiar places, our own little patch, without ever exploring the rest of the garden.
And so, we invite you each week to discover, discuss, and laugh. To be part of this world that, between a dance and a pastry, still knows how to surprise us.
